The students of first of the ESO of our school participated in the
activities of immersion linguistic in English language organized by the
Xunta de Galicia in the installations belonging to Gas Natural Fenosa in Os Peares.
This activity is designed to improve both verbal fluency and oral comprehension and increase students'confidence in unexpected oral situations.
The students, belonging to institutes of Ferrol, Santiago and Vigo, received five hours a day of class for one week, carrying out activities in which English was used in real communicative situations, in an English speaking environment with native monitors
